    • Hello Jane, Many thanks for your enquiry and my sincere apologies for the lengthly delay in getting back to you. I have come across your email as I was going through all the spam emails that I get through my website and yours was amongst them?

I no longer run the Fitball classes and run a Powerhoop class and along with other classes in the day time & evenings.

I think the best thing for you to do is have a look at the time table again and come along to a class that takes your fancy & try it out to see if it suits you. Please do not worry about what you can & cannot do as I encourage everybody to work at their on level/pace and ability. Exercising with help your arthritis plus help you lose weight which into will give you health benefits.
